Australia is the world's sixth largest nation located in the southern hemisphere, its neighboring countries include Indonesia, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and New Zealand. It is a Constitutional Monarchy which gained independence from the United Kingdom in 1901. Its national language is English and the legal system is based on British.
Australia is with a very diverse economy and the high standard of living, service industry and mining export industry account for the major part of the economy. Australia’s economic growth rates are higher than most OECD countries, including the US and UK. There are an efficient government sector, a flexible labour market and a very competitive business sector. Besides, it also has well established legal and property buying process, transparent and low risk investment markets, low interest rate as well as abundant natural resources.
