Geoffrey Hooper is Chairman of The Winterbotham Trust Company Limited, which he founded in 1990. A financial service boutique headquartered in Nassau, The Bahamas, Winterbotham has bank and trust licenses and is also a licensed dealer/broker and fund administrator. Prior to setting-up Winterbotham, Geoffrey was Vice President and Senior Area Representative in the Southern Cone of South America for Lloyds Bank International Private Banking, a part of Lloyds TSB Bank Plc, and a director of Lloyds (IPB) Americas S.A. With more than 30 years experience in international banking and financial services, Geoffrey has worked in the UK, Spain and Latin America with Lloyds TSB Bank Plc, NatWest International Trust Corporation (formerly RoyWest Trust Corporation), the Arab Latin American Bank (Arlabank) and Tradition International S.A. Geoffrey has travels extensively and Winterbotham’s clients are located in Latin America, Canada, Europe and Asia.
