Peter H. Dehnen, a practicing attorney since 1982; designated in 1987 as Special Legal Consultant in Washington, D.C.; practiced as a tax lawyer with an international firm of auditors and reknown law firms in Düsseldorf, Washington and London.

In 1985 Peter H. Dehnen founded his own law firm, today‘s D&P Dehnen GmbH, in Düsseldorf Germany, which together with D&P WIRAS GmbH – an auditing and tax consultancy firm - and D&P Consult GmbH - a business consultantancy - concentrates on providing multidisciplinary advice to international entrepreneurs. He is active in the business areas of: Corporate Planning, International Business & Trade, Corporate Finance, Corporate Crisis Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Reorganization, Human Resources Consulting.

Peter H. Dehnen is a member of various tax committees, international cooperations and expert committees for law, tax, finance and international business.
