Irene is director of Intrust Ltd, a provider of corporate services to international professional communities. She was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales and kept her practising certificate as an employed barrister focusing in company law and providing technical support to fiduciary clients for more than 20 years.

She is also a founder director of Insail Services Ltd specialising in international maritime services in the pleasure yacht industry.

Irene is a member of the International Tax Planning Association, Asia Offshore Association and Lincoln’s Inn.
