Jeffrey Chen

Jeffrey holds a LLB from Shanghai University (SHU), a LLM from University of Western Australia (UWA) and a LLM from National University of Singapore (NUS).

Jeffrey’s major practice area includes: Cross-boarder Merger and Acquisition, Tax Planning, Corporate Investment Structuring and Investment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Banking and Insurance Law, E-commerce practice, International Commercial Arbitration, Criminal Advocate (for inside-trading and corruption cases) and Civil Litigation. He has won the Excellent Young Lawyer Nominee Award and the Excellent Pro-bono Lawyers Award in Shanghai.

Jeffrey is an active member in various professional societies. He is our executive member in AOA, and member of Shanghai Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitratiors, and LawAsia Association.
