Jimmie van der Zwaan

Tax Lawyer

Jimmie is a Dutch tax lawyer/attorney at law at the Amsterdam office of Van Mens & Wisselink. He received a Masters degree from the University of Utrecht in Economic Public and Business Law, another in Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam, and a third in International Tax Law from the International Tax Centre at the University of Leiden. He was associated with the Tax Law faculty at the University of Utrecht as student-assistant and lectured on tax law on behalf of the Dutch Bar Association and was a speaker for the International Tax Planning Association (Topic: An offshore world after OECD).

As a Tax Lawyer, he is active in (international) corporate tax law and employee benefits with a focus on cross-border transactions, double taxation treaties and tax havens, for both individuals and companies. He is also a member of the Dutch Bar Association, the Dutch Association of Tax Lawyers, ITPA and IFA.
