Peter Ward

Director

Peter is British by birth and is Seychellois by naturalization. He is a director of A.C.T. – Offshore P/L and is both a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and a Certified Accountant. He has worked in London, Jamaica, Dallas, Barbados, Australia, and Thailand in addition to Seychelles.  Peter founded the Seychelles Association of Offshore Practitioners & Registered Agents (SAOPRA).  His firm, A.C.T. - Offshore, was the first to register a Special License Company (for DTA's), a Limited Partnership, a Non-Domestic Insurance Business and an International Business Company (IBC), plus the first "all French" IBC is Seychelles.
