Nathan Kaiser is admitted to the Bar of Zurich, Switzerland for over nine years and has been practicing law in Greater China since 2000. His legal practice has him split most of his time between Beijing, Shanghai and Taipei. He is Member of the Board of the European Chamber of Commerce Taipei; was a member of the board of the SwissCham in Shanghai, and he has been for several years an Arbitrator at the Arbitration Society of the Republic of China (Taiwan). He is registered both as a Member of the Taipei Bar Association as well as the Bar Association of Berlin, Germany and as a foreign lawyer with the Hong Kong Law society.

Within both his legal practice as well as his other functions, Nathan Kaiser puts a strong emphasis on the continuous development of law, be it within the framework of the WTO, or be it with lobbying efforts of European industry interests both in mainland China and Taiwan.

Nathan is fluent (oral and written) in Mandarin, French, English and German.
