Michael Chatzky

Mr. Chatzky is a graduate of the University of Maryland where he majored in Accounting. He subsequently received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law. Mr. Chatzky is an attorney and principal of Chatzky and Associates in San Diego, California. He practices law in the fields of foreign and domestic trusts, corporate and limited liability company structures, business ventures, and federal and international taxation and wealth protection, with an emphasis on estate planning, business planning, and asset protection planning.

For over 38 years, Mr. Chatzky has assisted clients in establishing a wide variety of wealth preservation structures, many of which contain valuable tax savings features. He has authored numerous articles and lectured extensively at seminars and on radio and television on the use of foreign trusts and other entities as wealth protection vehicles. He is a highly sought after speaker at wealth protection seminars. Mr. Chatzky has also engaged in extensive work in non-profit corporations and charitable foundations.
