Vladislav Dubnevsky

Vladislav was born in 1972 in Ukraine. He graduated from Kiev National Economic University in 2001 where he studied Ukrainian and International Legislation. As a practicing lawyer, Vladislav specializes in tax planning, corporate structuring and financial services mainly for Ukrainian and Russian clients and clients from some CIS countries. In 2002, Vladislav joined Cliff Legal Service (Moscow) as a lawyer and in 2005 became a Partner. He has published a number of articles in Russian and Ukrainian press as to the tax planning, offshore structuring and related topics. Since 2003, Vladislav regularly has participated as speaker in various seminars and conferences on these subjects. In 2005 Mr. Dubnevsky opened Cliff’s subsidiary in Ukraine (ICF legal Service) where he is Co-owner.
