A qualified lawyer, Jimmy Webster practised in Scotland in the 1990’s with now Cameron McKenna until specialising in corporate finance in the City of London with Close Brothers in 1999.
In 2003 Jimmy began his own boutique firm in the City of London bringing investment banking expertise to private companies in a variety of commercial enterprises and investment structures spanning company acquisitions and sales, refinancing, private equity, equity release, IPOs, and debt and capital structures.
Mr. Webster began work with Elmsbridge Property International in 2009 and in his role as Legal Counsel, he was intimately involved in luxury property development in the Caribbean and Europe. Jimmy moved to related company Citizens International in 2012 as CEO and is specifically responsible for ensuring the high level of service and representation offered to advisors and their clients by Citizens International in the field of Caribbean citizenship.
An experienced and knowledgeable speaker, Mr. Webster most recently presented to the International Association of Young Lawyers 52nd Annual Congress in Prague this August attended by approximately 800 legal professionals.
